    when we stop and savor our food, see the fireworks in the taste of a tiny strawberry and a crumb of cheese, what is that music? what is the melody of a warm apple pie? the harmonic textures of buttered toast? the rhythm of corn on the cob? 

    tastes and sounds transport us to places, fond memories, ideas, and feelings. we use this hour to recreate taste through sound, and consider their harmony. together we listen, savor, imagine, remember.
