IN TRANSIT

If your humble hosts succeed in their vision for this show, IN TRANSIT, then each week listeners will be brought along on a narrowly tailored journey from POINT A to POINT B. We interpret such a journey liberally- one week we might bring you along with us on a canoe down the Yangtze River, paddling towards Shanghai, supplying the songs that convey the emotions on board. Or, just as likely, we'll hurtle down the streets of Medellin, Colombia, in a rickety pickup truck passing by the fruit markets that fill the city's downtown. Then we go personal, tracking dj lena's growth from adolescent naivete to the woman she is today. That too, is a journey. We're all going somewhere, all the time.
