Dream Transmissions

This show, from week to week, alternates between droning shoegaze rock and ethereal folk. Although these two genres may be perceived as contrary, interestingly enough, both are often associated with dreams. Through incorporating songs by artists such as Jane Remover, yeule, and feeble little horse, as well as Jessica Pratt, Mazzy Star, and Searows, this show will identify the intersections between their contrasting, yet paralleling dream-like melodies.

Genre: shoegaze, dream pop, indie folk
