Joe Minarik is Senior Vice President & Director of Research for the Committee for Economic Development of The Conference Board. He was Chief Economist of the Office of Management & Budget for 8 years during the Clinton Administration when a Balanced Budget was achieved. He served as Chief Economist to the House Budget Committee. He worked closely with former Senator Bill Bradley on the Tax Reform Act of 1986.
